Jurisdiction and licensing limits
Laws, procedures, and outcomes depend on facts, timing, and jurisdiction. Services are limited to the jurisdictions and professional permissions actually held by the service provider or relevant partner professional. If a matter requires advice or representation reserved to a licensed attorney or other regulated specialist, such work will only be provided by a duly qualified professional under a separate arrangement where applicable.
Consumer-facing compliance notes for Japan
If this site solicits or accepts online applications from consumers in Japan, required mail-order disclosures, including business identity, contact details, pricing basis, contract process, and cancellation terms, must be displayed in an easy-to-recognize manner in accordance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, Article 11, Article 15-3, Order for Enforcement of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
If personal information is collected, handling is subject to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and guidance of the Personal Information Protection Commission. Where data is provided to third parties outside Japan, applicable transfer rules must be addressed under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, Article 28, Guidelines for the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Provision to a Third Party in a Foreign Country). Cookies and similar identifiers should be explained clearly, and consent should be obtained for non-essential advertising or measurement uses as a practical compliance baseline under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

Nothing on this site implies government affiliation, exclusive status, or certain success. Marketing and consumer communications should be read consistently with the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations and the Consumer Contract Act.
